fixed several, remaining ones won't start and two
have a single bad voltage shutdown error. Finally cross referenced the scy99112 = tsm112 = ncp112.
+3.3v +5v +12v voltage monitor / supervisor and the ka358 is dual op-amp in sip package.
Swapping the shortboard doesn't change anything.
I swapped the pwm front ends into others to fix the other ones.
