hey, D4 on the PSUs i got around reads: PH 41 48
if u ask me, thats a regular 1n4148 diode... i would use whatever diode u use as replacement for the other diodes around ic3845.... nothing fancy....i do not have schematics, if anybody has got more info on this psu please share....
