Ok here's the thing. I started to work in a shop where people drop stuff and then we sell it cheap and I found this PC for three bucks, but it's laggy right at the openning and bugs up when we tried to open a program it bugs. what I'd like to know is is there a low cost and not so complexe way to get it back in decent functionning ?
