hello i have compaq PDP123P power supply 240W max.
i am facing one very diffrent problem when i short green wire with black wire(Negative)the fan give a little responce and after two three times short the supply gets on but the 12v is gives 9volts output.I searched so many parts burnt or circuit diagram but unfortunately i can't found anything.So please help me to solve this my problem.Thanks
